1. First Call

For start-ups, we will discuss your service idea by telephone or online for up to an hour. You can ask us about anything related to your service plans.

2. Policy Pack

For start-ups or existing services, we will provide you with a suite of policy documents, including safeguarding, meeting children's needs, and behaviour management.

3. Pre-Service Review

For start-ups, we will conduct an onsite review of your proposed systems, processes, and staff, then provide you with an action plan.

4. Pre-Registration Check

For start-ups, we will conduct an onsite check of your facility to see if it is operating as intended, then provide you with an action plan.

5. Service Audit

We will conduct a full onsite audit to check your facility complies with Ofsted regulations and best practice, then provide you with an action plan.

6. Regulation 44 Inspection

We will visit your children's home to carry out an audit as a critical friend to support, inform, and develop best practice.

7. Coaching and Mentoring

We will help develop your staff using a mixture of onsite and remote dialogue, job shadowing, a clear time-bound development plan, and regular monitoring and feedback.

8. SIL Inspection

We will inspect your facility to check it complies with Ofsted's requirements, i.e. accommodation suitability, support staff qualifications, and young persons' experiences.
